Tootypup's Christmas

Well my Tooty Loves Christmas like any child does.
She sees me bring out the Christmas tree to decorate
And she is right there helping me
Even now in her senior years
She is still showing me what to do
My Tooty is now 14 and a 1/2 years young

Last year when we were going down to my sisters
for Christmas, a 700 klm journey, which takes about
8 hour when we have her with us.
I packed everything into the back of the 4X4 drive
so there was plenty of room for her to stretch out in and be
comfortable, and a few of her toys to play with.
All the pressie's were packed in one corner at the back
all nicely wrapped to put under the tree when we got there.
Well about 400 klms into the trip, I heard paper being torn
of something in the back. She was having her little Christmas
early.....lol.... When I looked she had got one present out
and was having a ball opening it.
And out of all the Presents she was opening
It was hers. Now I never new my Tooty could read.
Yes it was her and she had it out and played with it the rest of the way down. And yes it was a noisey toy too...
She squeaked it all the way.....lol
Well that made my Christmas
Knowing that my Tooty could read.....lol

Tooty has always loved Christmas
and still does. She sits at the tree and looks at all the
presents under the tree. You have to keep an eye
on her, as she would have them all out and opened if you
don't. She checks it out all the time. You always know,
because she gets the fairy tinsel on her noise.
Yep guilty....and she has the biggest smile.

Well that is what my Tooty get up to at this time
of the year. And I wouldn't have it any other way.
